The rules for using Yumidice, in plain words.
The short version: Yumidice suggests dishes. It does not cook them, serve them or guarantee you will find them around the corner. Check allergies with the restaurant, not with an app.
Accepting these terms
By installing or using the Yumidice app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app is
Yumidice is a food discovery app. It deals you dishes that are popular where you are, lets you save or skip them, and opens a map search when you want to find one nearby. The catalogue is written with the help of AI and is meant for inspiration.
Using it properly
- Use the app only in ways that are lawful where you are.
- Do not try to interfere with, overload or bypass the security of the service.
- Do not use the app to transmit malicious code or harmful content.
Dishes and restaurants
Suggestions are generated by AI and checked by machines, not by chefs. We do not guarantee that a suggested dish is available nearby, that a description is accurate, or that a dish suits your diet or restrictions. Always confirm allergies and ingredients with the restaurant.
Pro subscription
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Photos and content
Food photography comes from openly licensed sources and is credited in the app. The app, its name, mark and original content are owned by Yumidice and protected by copyright and trademark law.
Third-party services
The app opens third-party services such as Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Yumidice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, from any dish suggestion, or from any third-party service the app opens.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change is material, we give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.
